Day 1: Fez – Midelt – Atlas – Todra Gorges
Trips to Fez Morocco begin with after breakfast we will leave from Fes towards the impressive Todra Gorges, passing through Ifrane and the cedar forests of Azrou where wild monkeys are climbing the trees to which you can take photos. We will then stop in Zaida for lunch before continuing our way through the Atlas Mountains enjoying the incredible landscapes of Midelt. This road will take us to the small town of Rich, where we will turn right to pass through the famous city of Imilchil and reach the beautiful Toudra Gorges, whose walls narrow and rise sharply to reach 300 meters in height. Dinner and night in a hotel.
Day 2: Todra Gorges – Merzouga – Camel ride – Night in the desert
After breakfast, we will head to Merzouga. There the orange dunes form a totally different world, far from civilization and noise. Along the way we will pass through several Berber villages, such as Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud, and we will begin to feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis with Tafilalet. We will continue the route to Merzouga, where after check-in at the hotel in Merzouga we will continue the trip on camels towards the dunes of Erg Chebbi. There we will live the unique experience of riding camels in the desert, enjoying the silence and tranquility of the dunes. Finally we will go to our camp, where we will leave the camels and walk towards a high dune to watch the sunset, a magical event. Then we’ll go back to camp.
Day 3: Merzouga – Errachidia – Ziz Valley – Medilt – Fez
It is worth getting up early to enjoy a magical sunrise between the dunes. After this unforgettable landscape, we will ride the dromedaries again to return to the hotel in Merzouga, where we will have a splendid breakfast. Then we will start our journey back to Fez leaving behind the golden dunes of Erg chebbi. During the return we will pass through the Middle Atlas mountains and visit the Ziz Valley, Medilt and Azrou. We will arrive in Fez at night. Accommodation in a hotel, end of trips to Fez Morocco.
