Day 1: TANGIER – TETOUAN – CHEFCHAOUEN
When you arrive at the port or airport of Tangier, we will pick you up to start our 8 days tour from Tangier desert trips. We will leave for the wonderful city of Chaouen, where we will visit its alleys while we admire its houses painted in blue and white and contemplate its panoramic views. Day 2: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FEZ
After breakfast we will leave for the cultural capital of Morocco, the city of Fez, crossing the magnificent Rif forest. On the way we will visit the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis with an “optional” local guide, in these ruins there are very well preserved archaeological remains.
After this visit we will continue our journey to the city of Meknés, a city that reached its peak thanks to Sultan Mulay Ismail. There we will visit the palace and the famous gate of Bab Mansour, Dar EL Maa and the Granary. Then we will head towards Fez. Dinner and accommodation in Riad / Hotel according to your taste.
Day 3: FEZ – (GUIDED TOUR TO RECOVER THE BIGGEST MEDINA IN THE COUNTRY)
We will dedicate this day to discovering the intellectual city of the kingdom. Fez is the religious and cultural center of the country, here are several Koranic schools such as Bouinania Attarin and the first university in the world ALakhawain. It is obvious that we will pay a visit to these sites, in addition to visiting the Souks and Fez el jadid. Dinner and accommodation in Riad/Hotel.
Day 4: FEZ – IFRANE – AZROU – CEDAR FOREST- ERFOUD- MERZOUGA
From Fez we will go to the Middle Atlas to visit the city of Ifrane, also called “Switzerland of Africa”, which is a charming ski resort for lovers of this sport. We will also visit the town of Azrou, a well-known Berber town for its crafts, rugs and wood sculptures.
After this town we will go to Midelt and from there we will continue the path through the Tizi Talghemt or Neck of the Camel, which reaches 1,907 meters high. The Talghemt offers a magnificent landscape, with impressive relief and completely bare mountains, covered in a purple coat. We will arrive at Errachidia and cross Tafilalet to the Erfoud palm grove towards the desert. We will spend the night in a Berber Haimas camp.
Day 5: MERZOUGA – RISSANI – TODRA GORGES – VALLEY OF ROSES – OUARZAZATE
After breakfast we will go to the palm grove of Rissani and Jorf, located on the right bank of the Oued Ziz, on the way to the Kasar de Touroug, framed by spectacular oases. We will then pass through Tinejdad before reaching Tinerhir.
After lunch we will walk through the impressive Todra Gorges. We will continue through the beautiful Boulmane Dades Valley, visiting Kelaa Me Gouna, known as the Valley of Roses, which is at its peak during the month of May. We will arrive in Ouarzazate, where it is possible to visit the famous Kasbah of Taourir, which was the residence of the Pasha of Marrakech. Dinner and hotel accommodation.
Day 6: OUARZAZATE – AIT BEN HADDOU -TELOUET – HIGH ATLAS – MARRAKECH
Breakfast and departure to Marrakech passing through the great port of Tizi-n-Tichka. This port reaches 2,260 meters in height and is also called “collar de los pastures”. Then we will follow the path along an alternative track with the option to visit the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a castle declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and where films such as Asterix & Obelix, Babel and Gladiator have been surrounded.
After this visit we will continue our route to the Capital of “El Pachá Glaoui” of Marrakech and we will visit the palace located in the beautiful kasbah of Talouet. From there we will take the winding road to the Tichka pass, which offers a spectacular panorama with a multitude of colors over the Haouez plain. Arrival in Marrakesh. Day 7: MARRAKECH – MARRAKECH
In the morning we will visit this city that gave its name to Morocco, nicknamed “Red City” and one of the imperial cities.
His destiny is linked to that of the different dynasties that follow one another. Its tradition as a political, economic and cultural metropolis has always dominated the history of the Maghreb. It is also the show city, with a permanent festive atmosphere as can be seen in the famous Jemaa el Fna Square, which for several centuries has been the most incredible popular theater in the world.
